We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure that you opt into our shipment insurance program to receive a full refund if your order is lost or stolen in transit

You are solely responsible for the items that you put in your cart. If you place an order for an item in the incorrect size it is not our responsibility to exchange that item for the correct size. Please check that all items in the cart are the correct size/style before you proceed to checkout
